Growing up in a single-mother household with limited financial resources, I learned the value of financial literacy from an early age. My mother, a resilient woman, worked tirelessly to provide for our family, often facing tough decisions about where to allocate our scarce funds. Despite our financial constraints, she instilled in me the importance of understanding and managing finances wisely. I became intimately familiar with various financial aspects out of necessity. This upbringing, coupled with my innate curiosity, sparked my interest in the financial services industry.
In 2001, I started my career in the financial services industry, progressing through various roles with increasing responsibility. Having spent a decade in various underwriting roles, I developed my skills in risk assessment, medical terminology, medical ailments, in-depth knowledge of various insurance products and how those products are used in various insurance concepts.
Today, as an Insurance Advisor, I combine my professional expertise with a personal understanding of the challenges individuals, families, and businesses face, ensuring that each client receives tailored solutions to protect what matters most.
